Grid Connected Solar Power Plant Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalify firms, companies, contractors and joint ventures for development of a 20 MW grid-connected solar power plant at Hudiara Drain Lahore including electric bus charging docks and supply to the nearby grid. The prequalification process shall be conducted through EPADS in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible local and foreign applicants shall satisfy the prescribed eligibility requirements including PEC Category C-A registration with relevant electrical and energy specialization codes. A pre-application meeting shall be held on 14-07-2026 at 11:30 AM. Expressions of Interest shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and opened at 11:30 AM following submission at 11:00 AM. Only prequalified applicants shall receive the subsequent bidding documents.
