Supply Of Classroom Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Supply classroom furniture for educational facilities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Tender documents are available on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000. Bid security equal to 3% of the total quoted amount in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank is mandatory. Technical proposals shall be opened at 11:00 AM after submission by 10:30 AM, while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders shall be opened on a later notified date. Bidders shall provide company details, registration documents, experience, completed projects, ongoing works, key personnel, machinery details, litigation history and financial stability certificate.
