Network Cctv Power Software Packages Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure Network, CCTV, Power and Software packages under the ADP Scheme for Development of Management Information System across Punjab. Lot 1 includes Firewall - Management Switches - Access Points - Biometric Access Control Doors - Network Switches - Cabling and Accessories - Fiber Optic and Accessories - CCTV Cameras - Fire Alarm System - UPS, AVR and Batteries. Lot 2 includes Call Centre Software, CCTV and Licenses. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on a lot-wise basis. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and accompanied by scanned bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot, while the original CDR, banker's cheque or bank guarantee shall be submitted before the closing time. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 06-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids shall be opened after electronic submission in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules.
