Operation Maintenance Lifts Nicl Building Tender Notice
Description
Provide operation and maintenance services for lifts installed in the NICL Building, Karachi for a period of one year. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM following submission at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip: This procurement covers lift maintenance, elevator servicing, preventive maintenance, vertical transportation systems, lift repair, mechanical maintenance and building equipment maintenance services.
