Description

Supply, install and place office furniture and fixtures for office premises in Islamabad. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms shall possess at least five years of relevant experience in public and private sector projects. Bidders shall submit proposals both through EPADS and as hard copies. Bid security of PKR 225,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory and shall be uploaded as a scanned copy with the electronic proposal while the original shall accompany the physical technical proposal. A mandatory pre-bid session will be held on 15-07-2026 at 11:00 AM and only bidders attending the session shall be considered. Technical bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM after submission by 11:00 AM. Bid validity shall remain for ninety days.
