Electrical Facilities Operation Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Provide overall operation and maintenance services together with supply of spare parts on need basis for electrical and allied facilities at the boys hostel. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through SPPRA EPADS while the original bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft together with the original signed bid shall be delivered before bid opening. Tender fee of PKR 5,000 and bid security equal to 2% are mandatory. A site visit shall be held on 16-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids shall be opened at 03:00 PM following submission up to 02:30 PM. Pro Tip: This procurement covers electrical maintenance, building maintenance, facility management, electrical systems, power systems, preventive maintenance and electrical spare parts supply.
