Vehicle Spare Parts Tyres Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification and procurement for supply of genuine spare parts and tyres for official vehicles including Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, KIA and Mitsubishi vehicles for the year 2026-27. Experienced and tax registered dealers shall submit sealed proposals in accordance with the bidding documents containing procurement method, bid security, evaluation criteria, bid validity, performance guarantee and bid opening procedure. Bidding documents are available upon payment of Rs.2,000. Bids shall be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Pro Tip: This procurement includes vehicle spare parts, automotive components, tyres, genuine replacement parts, fleet maintenance supplies and automobile parts for multiple vehicle manufacturers.
