Description
Procurement for hiring courier services. Bids are invited through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure using EPADS. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, possess at least three years of relevant experience supported by documentary evidence, submit summary financial statements and income tax returns for the last three years, demonstrate an average annual turnover of not less than Rs 50 million during the last three years, and provide an affidavit confirming no litigation history, no blacklisting, no involvement in corrupt, fraudulent or collusive practices, and the correctness of submitted information and documents. Bid security of 5% of the bid cost in the form of a Pay Order is required. Bid opening will take place on 2026-07-21 at 10:30 AM. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the bidding process in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
