Prequalification Pink Bus Fleet Repair Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of automobile workshops and firms for repair and maintenance of the Pink Bus fleet for the year 2026-2027. Eligible workshops must have their own workshop, stock, manpower and expertise in Rawalpindi or Islamabad and be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Only pre-qualified firms shall be eligible to participate in subsequent requests for quotations and technical and financial bidding processes after execution of the agreement. Instructions to bidders are available from the Ministry and PPRA websites. Sealed proposals must be submitted before the closing date and will be opened on the same day. Electronic proposals will not be entertained except bids required through the PPRA EPADS portal. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals under applicable procurement rules.
