Construction Road Baiker Mari Top Tender Notice
Description
Construction of road from Baiker to Mari Top covering RD 10+000 to 20+000 under the Composite Schedule Rates 2023. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure by electronic bidding only under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, possess Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, have completed two assignments of similar nature, demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 1,900,000,000 during the previous three consecutive years, and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-B or above with specialized codes CE10(i) General Civil Engineering Works and CE01(i) Road and Pavements Drainage and Retaining Structure. Tender processing fee is Rs. 1,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the supplier dashboard and opened on the same day.
