Annual Services General Supplies Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for services and supply of general items for the financial year 2026-2027 on an item-wise basis. Procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using E-PADS. Electronic technical and financial bids must be uploaded through E-PADS and technically responsive bidders only will qualify for financial bid opening. Hard copies of the technical proposal are required at the time of opening. Eligible bidders must be registered on E-PADS, possess valid PEC registration in the relevant category, be active taxpayers with FBR and PNTN registration and comply with Punjab Procurement Regulations. Bid security of Rs. 4,500,000 for each framework contract in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or Bank Draft is mandatory.
