Scada System Supply Installation Commissioning Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for the supply, installation, testing, integration and commissioning of a SCADA system including re-equipment, towers, PLC/RTU, field instruments, enclosures, solar system and all required hardware at designated sites on a complete turnkey basis. Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial bids through EPADS. Bidders shall possess PEC registration in category C4 or above with specialized codes CE08, EE03 or EE04, EE07 or EE08 and provide OEM or OEM-authorized distributor or reseller certificates for field instruments, PLC or controller, radio modem and solar charge controller. Tender documents shall be uploaded through EPADS with the required PEC certificate where applicable and the physical bid bond shall be deposited before bid submission time. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM. Bid security of 296,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 120 days.
