Residential Property Acquisition Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for acquisition of a residential property suitable for immediate occupation with A+ construction finishes. The property shall include complete flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, doors, windows, kitchen, bathrooms, electrical and plumbing installations and shall be free from structural defects, seepage, excessive deterioration and major repair requirements. Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial bids. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 1,000,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 90 days.
