Procurement of hardware materials including bitumen plastic for roofing, enamel paint, MS plate, thermophore sheet, thinner, primer, polyethylene sheet, neoprene sheet, CC pavers, clean sharp sand, channel U-type and MS I-beam. Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through EPADS. Bidders shall upload all duly signed and stamped tender documents including the required valid PEC certificate where applicable through EPADS. The BOQ, bid form and schedule of requirements shall be completed and uploaded through EPADS. The physical bid bond shall be deposited in the Tender Room before bid submission time. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 90,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Pro Tip: This procurement covers construction hardware, roofing materials, steel plates, structural steel, primer, paint, polyethylene sheets, neoprene sheets, paving materials and industrial hardware supplies.
