Procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) in accordance with PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 3,000,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 120 days.
