Description
Operation and maintenance services for lifts installed in a commercial building for a period of one year. Proposals shall be submitted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 100,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Pro Tip: This procurement covers lift maintenance, elevator maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown services, annual maintenance contract and elevator operation services.
