Audio Conference System Provision Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for provision and installation of an audio conference system. Eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial bids. A pre-bid meeting was scheduled for 24 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids shall not be accepted and the original bid security shall be submitted before bid submission time. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 240,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 120 days.
