Electromedical Spare Parts Accessories Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of spare parts and accessories for electromedical equipment for the financial year 2026-27 on Delivered Duty Paid basis. Registered active sales tax and income tax bidders, valid sole or authorized OEM agents and firms registered with relevant authorities including DRAP and PNRA where applicable are eligible. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS. Technical and financial e-bids shall be submitted electronically while original bid security of 2% in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order together with original affidavit shall be submitted physically before closing time. Bids shall be opened electronically on the scheduled date. The procuring agency may cancel the tender under PPRA Rules 2014.
