Construction Streets Drains Roads Nullahs Tender Notice
Description
Construction works including streets, drains, nullahs, road construction and laying of tuff tiles under various development schemes for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible firms registered with PEC, Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Professional Tax authorities may participate. Original bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted along with scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. Performance guarantee shall be required from successful bidders. Whole package bidding is mandatory and incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or non-responsive bids shall be rejected. Fake documents shall result in blacklisting. The procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Pro Tip: This procurement includes civil works, road construction, street paving, drainage works, nullah construction, tuff tiles, municipal infrastructure development and public works contracting.
