Framework Operational Goods Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 for provision of operational goods and services including Mobil oil and lubricants - stationery - printing - computer stationery - other store items - miscellaneous store items - Muharram duty items - software purchase - transport repair and machinery repair through open competitive item-wise bidding. Bidding shall follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals inclusive of all taxes must be uploaded on EPADS while sealed bids with samples, brochures or catalogues shall also be submitted before the closing time. Income tax and sales tax registered firms are eligible. Bid security of 2% of the estimated item-wise cost in the form of Pay Order or CDR is mandatory and a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value shall be required from successful bidders. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 22.2 million. Taxes shall be deducted as per government rules. Incomplete, unsealed or late bids shall not be considered and bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027.
