Framework Contracts For Hospital Medicines Supplies And Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27 for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items, X-ray films and radiology accessories, laboratory materials, miscellaneous and general store items, dental items, printing materials, stationery items, biomedical gases and laundry and other services. Procurement shall be conducted separately for each package through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, suppliers and firms registered on E-PADS may participate. Bids shall be uploaded on E-PADS before the closing time and accompanied by bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders shall submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not expected and taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules.
