20mw Grid Connected Solar Power Plant Development Tender Notice
Description
Request for Expression of Interest for prequalification of firms, companies, contractors and joint ventures for development of a 20 MW grid-connected solar power plant at Hudiara Drain, Lahore including electric bus charging docks and supply to the nearby grid. Eligible applicants include local and foreign firms meeting the prescribed criteria. Foreign firms shall participate through a joint venture with a Pakistan Engineering Council registered firm. Applicants shall not be blacklisted and must satisfy the registration requirements including Pakistan Engineering Council Category C-A (No Limit) with relevant electrical and energy specialization codes. Local firms shall be active with FBR and PRA while foreign firms shall provide equivalent registration and undertaking to obtain local registration upon award. A pre-application meeting will be held on 14-07-2026 at 11:30 AM. Expressions of Interest shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and will be opened publicly in the presence of applicants' representatives. Only prequalified applicants will receive the Request for Proposal documents.
