Air Pollutant Greenhouse Gas Inventory Consultancy Tender Notice
Description
Consultancy services for the project Establishment of an Integrated Air Pollutant and Greenhouse Gas Inventory System for Punjab 2025 through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection. The invitation is limited to prequalified shortlisted consultancy firms. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPAD using the prescribed Request for Proposal forms. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on 08-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day after submission. The estimated consultancy cost is PKR 170 million with bid security of 3% amounting to PKR 5.1 million. Bid validity shall remain for 120 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals under PPRA Rules 2014.
