Classroom Projectors Installation Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply and installation of 16 projectors with Android Box, ceiling stand of 4.5 feet and all required accessories including Epson EB-1771W or equivalent for classrooms and laboratories. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate technical and financial proposals are required. Bid security of Rs. 19,200 in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued only by The Bank of Punjab shall accompany the technical proposal. Active FBR taxpayer status is mandatory and applicable taxes shall be deducted according to government rules. Bids shall be submitted before the prescribed closing time and opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals under PPRA Rule 35.
