Additional Civil Works For Maryam Hostel Tender Notice
Description
Execution of additional civil works for Maryam Hostel with an estimated cost of PKR 1,939,992 and bid security of PKR 96,999. Electronic bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended 2024). Eligible firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on E-PADS shall submit electronic bids. Original CDR, Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of Treasurer GCWUF shall be submitted before the closing time together with the uploaded copy. Contractors shall quote item-wise rates instead of percentages. Conditional bids, bids without bid security or corrupt electronic bids shall be rejected. Technical bids shall be opened by the Tender Opening Committee. Completion period is 30 days.
