Municipal Park Monument Led Lighting Construction Tender Notice
Description
Execution of municipal development works comprising renovation and construction of a public park, construction of a welcome monument at Minhala Bypass Chowk and construction of a Pixel LED lighting tower with allied works at Milad Chowk. Eligible contractors registered on e-PADS, FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority with active filer status shall submit electronic bids through e-PADS using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the prescribed form before bid opening. Item-wise rates shall be quoted and percentage bids shall not be accepted. Bid validity shall be 120 days. Public procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Pro Tip: This procurement includes park development, municipal construction, monument construction, public infrastructure, LED lighting towers, urban beautification, civil works and municipal engineering projects.
