Smd Screen Auditorium Display Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of an indoor P2.5 full colour LED SMD screen measuring 240 square feet with controller together with a 20 KVA UPS providing ten minutes backup at 80 percent load, power distribution units, broadcast standard 42U data rack, 55 inch UHD smart LED television, allied cables and accessories for an auditorium. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated procurement value is PKR 20000000 with bid security of PKR 400000. Original bid security issued by the Bank of Punjab shall be submitted before opening and a scanned copy uploaded on e-PADS. Bid validity shall be 120 days. Technical and financial bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives.
