Quick Thawing Bath Procurement Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of one quick thawing bath for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center with an estimated cost of PKR 3200000 and bid security of PKR 64000. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible manufacturers, sole distributors and authorized distributors registered with income tax and sales tax authorities shall submit electronic bids through E-PADS. Original bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order shall be submitted to the Mail Section on the day of technical bid opening. Technical bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 2026-07-10 at 11:30 AM.
