Sedan Vehicle Rental Hiring Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of six automatic sedan vehicles having engine capacity between 1200cc and 1500cc and not older than three years for a period of one year on rental basis. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 14400000 with bid security of PKR 288000. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible rent a car firms with FBR and NTN registration and maintenance capability shall submit sealed bids together with bid security in favour of the Director Agricultural Marketing Development Fund. Prices shall be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and shall remain valid until 30-07-2027. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under Rule 35.
