Framework Contract For Supplies And Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of office stationery, printing materials, stitching materials, computer stationery, electrical and sanitary items, cleaning materials, patch boxes, road safety equipment, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, miscellaneous store items, vehicle and motorcycle repair and painting, spare parts, batteries, tyres and tubes, machinery repair, furniture repair and renovation of traffic police buildings. Sealed bids are invited from firms registered with Punjab Sales Tax and withholding tax authorities. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS and opened before the procurement committee. Bid evaluation shall be conducted under PPRA Punjab Rules 2014. Bid security in the prescribed amount shall be submitted through demand draft in favour of the Chief Traffic Officer Rawalpindi. Rates shall remain valid until 2027-06-30. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
