College Prospectus Printing Tender Notice
Description
Printing of the college prospectus for the academic session 2026-27 including title, admission form and health proforma. Sealed tenders are invited from tax registered firms through registered post only. Rates are required on a per copy and per page basis. Tender documents must be completed in all respects. A refundable bid security of PKR 75,000, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost of PKR 1.5 million, shall be submitted as CDR in accordance with PPRA Rules. Tender documents are available against a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. Financial offers will be opened in the presence of bidders. Acceptance or rejection of bids shall be made in accordance with PPRA Rules.
