Heavy Duty Printers Consumables Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of heavy duty printers and consumables for 20 million A3 size prints through Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADS). Bids are invited from income tax and sales tax registered firms, dealers and distributors. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 Rule 38(2)(a). Online submission through e-PADS is mandatory and bids submitted by hand, registered post or courier shall not be accepted. A bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank in favour of BISE GRW is mandatory. Bid opening shall be conducted online in the presence of authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
