Description
Procurement of detailed marks certificates (DMCs) and original certificates through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms, companies, authorized dealers, wholesale dealers and general order suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities including FBR and KPRA, possess valid NTN and GST registration and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Standard bidding documents shall be downloaded through the E-PADS portal. Rates and required documents shall be uploaded electronically while the original bid security, original stamp paper and samples shall be submitted separately in a sealed envelope. Bid security of PKR 500,000 shall be provided in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Demand Draft.
