Hospital Medical General Store Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of X-ray films, stationery, biomedical gases, general store items including uniform and protective clothing, medical waste items, bedding and clothing, electric items, air conditioning materials, biomedical accessories and instruments, implants for orthopedic and neurosurgery, medical instruments, IT items including photocopy machines and computer accessories, repair of medical and laboratory equipment, repair and maintenance of IT equipment, internet services, vehicle repairs and plant and machinery repairs. Bidding shall be conducted through E-PADS using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Only electronic bids are acceptable. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through E-PADS. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated quoted price in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee or Bank Draft is mandatory and the original shall be submitted before bid closing. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022.
