Prequalification of firms for repair and maintenance of computer hardware and IT equipment, air conditioners, CCTV cameras with NVRs, cables and accessories, LED televisions, communication equipment, miscellaneous equipment, solar systems, generators, Siemens Hipath 3800 exchange, Panasonic exchange, transformers, photocopy machines, Comlab jammer and miscellaneous machinery items for the financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS by registered vendors. Eligible firms shall provide GST and NTN registration, financial standing, bank statement, previous five years experience, equipment and manpower details, litigation certificate and non-blacklisting affidavit. Authorized dealers capable of providing repair and maintenance services are preferred.
