Event Support Equipment Rental Catering Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms for provision of tentage services, sound systems, information technology equipment on rental basis, machinery and equipment on rental basis, audio visual equipment and refreshment and catering services for official meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and institutional events during the financial year 2026-2027. Applications shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Only firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List and having business offices or workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi are eligible. Bid security is not required at the prequalification stage and may be obtained from prequalified firms at the financial bidding stage if applicable. Pro Tip: This prequalification includes event management support, tentage, sound systems, audiovisual equipment, IT equipment rental, machinery rental, catering services and conference support services.
