Medical Gases Supply Tender Notice
Description
Annual supply of medical gases including liquid oxygen, medical gases and filling of cylinder based medical gases for the financial year 2026-27 on free delivery to consignee basis. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated quoted cost shall be submitted electronically in the prescribed manner. Technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded in PDF format and bid validity shall remain 180 days. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall not be opened. Pro Tip: This procurement covers liquid oxygen, medical oxygen, compressed medical gases, cylinder filling, healthcare gas supply, hospital oxygen systems and medical gas distribution services.
