Client End Equipment Laptops Desktops Display Printing Devices Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of client end equipment including laptops and desktops, display devices and printing devices for establishment of a 286 bedded general hospital. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using open competitive bidding under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS only. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Bid securities include PKR 350,000 for laptops and desktops, PKR 100,000 for display devices and PKR 100,000 for printing devices. Technical bids shall be opened electronically on the scheduled date. Pro Tip: This procurement includes desktop computers, laptops, monitors, display systems, printers, printing devices, healthcare IT equipment, end user computing devices and hospital information technology infrastructure.
