Campus Shops Outsourcing Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of shoe and accessories shop, tailor shop and canteen with fruit juice shop for a period of one year extendable on satisfactory performance. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Separate bids are required for each shop. Bid security of PKR 50,000 for each category shall be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Performance guarantee equal to one month rent representing 10% shall be furnished before commencement of work. Eligible contractors and firms shall be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, appear on the Active Taxpayers List and possess experience of completing at least two similar projects.
