Procurement for desilting of sewerage lines through winch machine in Mohalla Eid Gah, Wahgay Wala, Guryani Wala, Housing-II and Housing-III in Layyah City through the PPRA E-Tendering Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above and registered on the Punjab EPADS portal. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically in PDF format through E-PADS. Original earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR must be submitted before the submission deadline. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for financial bid opening. The estimated cost is Rs.9.897 million with earnest money of Rs.0.495 million and completion period of 120 days. Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 P.M. after bid submission closing at 12:00 P.M. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
