Procurement for laying of 9 inch diameter reinforced cement concrete sewer line to replace the existing settled sewer line in front of Quarter No. 2, 3, 4 and 5, F Block through a Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure. Only contracting firms already enlisted are eligible to participate. Interested bidders may obtain the detailed tender documents upon submission of a written request and seek clarifications during regular working hours. Sealed bids are required under the prescribed bidding method. Technical and financial bids are to be submitted in a single sealed envelope. Bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance.
