Description
Procurement for rehabilitation of roads, sewerage and construction of boundary wall with gates and gate pillars at the Fruit and Vegetable Market Sargodha through the Single Stage Two Envelope electronic bidding procedure. Contractors must be registered on E-PADS, possess a valid PEC licence in the required category, and be active tax filers. The estimated cost is Rs.602,442,869 with earnest money of Rs.30,122,143 in the form of Bank Guarantee. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS and hard copies of the technical book and original Bank Guarantee shall be submitted at bid opening. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Performance guarantee up to 10% may be required. Bid validity is 120 days.
