Framework Contract For Medicines And Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines and disposable medical supplies under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027 through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible pharmacies, druggists and suppliers must possess valid licences and be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids shall not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate envelopes within a single bid package. Bid opening shall take place in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. In case of a public holiday, bids shall be opened on the next working day at the same time.
