Development Commercial Plot Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for development of a commercial plot at Chowk Churatta, Dera Ghazi Khan through the Single Stage Two Envelope electronic tendering procedure. Contractors must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-5 or above, valid legal entity registration, tax registrations with FBR and PRA, and an undertaking confirming that the firm has not been blacklisted. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs.1,288,343 in the form of CDR is mandatory. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Original CDR shall be submitted physically before the submission deadline. The estimated project cost is Rs.25,766,862 with a completion period of four months and bid validity of 120 days.
