Annual Hvac Operation Repair Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Annual operation, repair and maintenance of 702 ton capacity HVAC system installed at the new building including maintenance materials and consumables for one year without spare parts. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date. Hard copies are not required. Pro Tip: The procurement includes HVAC maintenance, heating ventilation air conditioning systems, preventive maintenance, mechanical services, maintenance consumables, facility engineering and building environmental control systems.
