Establishment Of Financial Development Data Management Monit Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for establishment of a centralized financial and development data management and monitoring hub including design, implementation, integration, deployment and related information technology services. Eligible firms registered with relevant authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR with relevant experience may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under SPP Rules. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS only. Technical bids will be opened first followed by evaluation in accordance with the bidding documents. Tender fee of Rs. 5,000 is non-refundable and bid security of Rs. 5,000,000 in the prescribed form is mandatory. Original tender fee, bid security and e-stamping affidavits shall be submitted before bid opening. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date.
