Official Vehicles Branding Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for branding of official vehicles through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding process. Eligible bidders shall submit technical and financial proposals electronically through EPADS. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Director General Punjab Food Authority is mandatory. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date and financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened subsequently. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Pro Tip: The procurement covers vehicle branding, fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, official vehicle signage, reflective graphics, branding materials and installation services.
