Dairy Poultry Feed Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dairy feed, fodder and poultry feed for the financial year 2026-27 through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible registered government contractors and firms shall submit computerized quotations with experience certificates, Form C, registration documents and bank statements. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Tender rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027. Technical and financial evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with the tender documents. Dairy feed bids will be opened at 11:00 AM while poultry feed bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the submission date.
