Purchase Of Medicines Surgical And Laboratory Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of bulk medicines, drugs, cotton, gauze, bandages, disinfectants, antiseptics, inhalation isoflurane, sevoflurane, IV infusions, surgical disposables, medical devices, surgical sutures, dental materials, laboratory kits, reagents and chemicals including reagent rental basis supplies for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure while walk-in vendor registration shall follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee is required. Scanned bid security shall be uploaded with the technical bid and the original shall be submitted before the submission deadline. Only technical proposals are required for vendor registration. This procurement includes pharmaceuticals, medicines, medical supplies, surgical items, laboratory reagents, diagnostic chemicals, dental supplies, hospital consumables and healthcare products, enabling qualified suppliers to identify the opportunity using commonly accepted procurement terminology.
