Turnkey Printing Solution With Pvc Printers And Cards Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of a complete turnkey printing solution comprising two PVC printers and pre-printed double-sided PVC cards for a period of three years. Electronic bids are invited through EPADS from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on 09-07-2026. Bid security of Rs.500,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, Call Deposit or Banker's Cheque is mandatory. Original bid security shall be submitted before the bid closing time. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. This procurement includes PVC card printing, identity card printing, secure card production, printing systems, card printers and turnkey printing solutions using industry terminology derived from the notice.
